    Deadline to submit Petition for Transfer Credit form for Spring 2025

    Students participating in a non-51ÁÔÆæ program should submit this form to the Registrar's Office at regofc@hamilton.edu or Elihu Root. Students participating in a 51ÁÔÆæ Program receive 51ÁÔÆæ credit and do not need to petition for transfer credit.

    Mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation for Study Abroad

    SCCT G027, Kennedy Auditorium. Students studying with a non-51ÁÔÆæ program are required to attend one pre-departure orientation session. Students attending a 51ÁÔÆæ Program will receive pre-departure instructions from their program. Students studying on a non-51ÁÔÆæ domestic program will receive instructions separately.
