Rachel Koegel is the interim Director of Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance/Title IX Coordinator and is responsible for coordinating the College’s efforts to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as well as its procedures for dealing with complaints of discrimination or harassment on the basis of any of the above-referenced protected categories, except for disability. Any questions about the application of Title IX to the College may be referred to the recipient’s Title IX Coordinator, Rachel Koegel.

The Associate Dean for Accessibility Services, 51ÁÔÆæ, Clinton, NY, 13323 (315-859-4021) oversees compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as these laws pertain to students with disabilities, and is responsible for procedures dealing with student complaints of disability discrimination and harassment.  Such complaints could be filed either with the Associate Dean for Accessibility Services (315-859-4021) or the Chief of Staff and Secretary to the Board of Trustees (315-859-4105).
