The current Expenses App will be retired and the new Expenses Hub will automatically be installed for all employees. The Expenses Hub offers an improved user experience, providing a centralized location for creating and reviewing expense reports, spend authorizations, travel card transactions, and accessing related tasks and reports. We recommend that users add the Expenses Hub prior to September 21, 2024.

From the Expenses Hub, employees can manage tasks related to creating expense reports and spend authorizations.

The updated hub highlights specific cards when there are outstanding expenses requiring action. Each card includes a link to the relevant report, such as:

  • Spend Authorizations to Submit
  • Expense Reports to Submit
  • Transactions to Expense

Additionally, useful reports are available in the left navigation menu:

  • My Cash Advances
  • My Expense Transactions
  • My Spend Authorizations
  • My Expense Reports
