How It Works

  1. User Request: Through the Rapid Identity portal, end users can search for and request specific entitlements found in their Catalog.
  2. Approval Workflow: Depending on the entitlement being requested, the request might be automatically approved or may be forwarded for review before access is granted.
  3. Access Grant: Once approved, the system grants the requested access to the user, notifying them of the update.

Access to Rapid Identity Catalog

Once you have logged in to the portal:

  1. Select REQUESTS from the top blue drop-down bar.
  2. Select CATALOG from the left sidebar.
  3. Select from the available entitlements using the checkmark. 
  4. Click REQUESTS at the bottom.

Available Entitlements

The following entitlements are listed in the Catalog. Please note, you may not have access to view or request all of the items listed below. Access to these entitlements is reliant on the account you are logging in to Rapid Identity with.

Emails are directed to members of the Class of 2024.

Emails are directed to members of the Class of 2025.

Emails are directed to members of the Class of 2026.

Emails are directed to members of the Class of 2027.

Emails are directed to 51 students.

Emails are directed to members of the 51 faculty.

Emails are directed to members of the 51 staff.

Requestable by non-students and non-employees; opt-in to enroll in Duo MFA. Requires approval.

Requestable by non-students and non-employees; opt-in to gain access to network and file server access, including authenticated WiFi. Requires approval.

Request a sponsored account to be assigned to a 51 named individual with an established relationship with the College. Requires approval.

Request a generic sponsored account to be assigned to a department or other type of sponsored account. Requires approval.

Request a sponsored account to be assigned to a non-51 individual with an established relationship with the College. Requires approval.

Restricted access to approved requestors.
