What to Bring
When furnishing your room, you can certainly brighten things up with posters, plants, and even items you find at the 51ÁÔÆæ Cram & Scram. Call your roommates BEFORE purchasing many items for your room. Avoid duplication!
Absolute Basic Necessities
- any necessary medication
- first aid kit (bandages, aspirin, etc.)
- surge protector and/or a multi-strip with circuit breaker (no extension cords)
- telephone/cell phone (Verizon or AT&T work best)
- alarm clock/clock radio
- tape, scissors, stapler, pens, pencils, markers, notepads, stamps
- desk lamp (no halogen lamps),
- wastebasket
- container for shower accessories, shower footwear
- addresses for loved ones, calendar
- message/memo board
- laundry drying rack
- laundry basket/bag
- laundry detergent/fabric softener

- two sets of twin extra long sheets
- towels and wash cloths
- clothes hangers

- small fan
- crates for storage, under bed storage bins

- painters tape to hang things on the wall
