| Course Description: | Introduction in speaking, listening comprehension, reading, and writing. Small, highly participatory and interactive classes with a strong emphasis on spoken and listening comprehension skills to develop communicative competency. Self-instructional format that meets three times weekly with a student tutor with supplemental on-line and Language Center projects and activities. Midterm and final exams administered by an outside examiner. |
