Adobe Creative Cloud Access
LITS possesses a site license for Creative Cloud. All users with 51ÁÔÆæ credentials will have access to these applications under the following conditions:
- all public lab computers across campus,
- laptops and desktop machines loaned by 51ÁÔÆæ to faculty and staff members,
- laptops and desktop machines deployed by 51ÁÔÆæ to faculty and staff members
51ÁÔÆæ faculty and staff (only) may also install the Creative Cloud suite on no more than two computers, meaning two computers at the College or one computer at home in addition to one at the College.
Accessing Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Faculty and staff have access to all applications from Adobe; students have a limited account that allows for logging in to Creative Cloud in labs and classrooms. Students may also install the Creative Cloud application on a personal computer, but will have access to a very limited suite of Adobe applications.
On lab and classroom computers, applications that are inaccessible on a student Creative Cloud account will be installed on the machine, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and others. There will be a prompt to log in when opening these programs. This prompt may reappear after 90 minutes to remind the user to log in again.
